New here? Or, not sure if you want to join because you’re SO BUSY?

I get it!❤️

Keeping it simple is what this challenge is all about.

I’ve specially designed this NEW 7-Day Flow Challenge to be SUPER SIMPLE.

In fact, I believe that’s what makes these Challenges SO POWERFUL

SIMPLICITY and JOYFUL are key

All you do is commit to doing a simple 5-10 minute flow activity (YOU choose your activity—something that brings you JOY, has a high chance of getting you into flow, ideally something you don’t already do daily.)

That’s it!

Only 5 minutes a day.

Not sure you can commit to doing it every single day?

You’re not alone. The first time I did one of these flow challenges, I didn’t do my flow activity every day. And I still noticed a major shift!

That’s because my Flow Challenges aren’t just about what we do, they’re about how we do it.

My Flow Challenge focus on KEEPING THINGS FUN and trusting your INTUITION.

During our 7 days together, we’re going to talk about all those voices that tell us we “should” be doing things differently.

In my experience, those judgy voices are the #1 BLOCKER of FLOW.

The good news is, when we’re in FLOW, we often get so engaged in what we’re doing that we no longer care what people think of us. We’re not listening to those troublesome inner critics either. Instead, we’re connected with our egoless selves, who I call the True Self.

Maybe you’ve noticed this too. When we’re doing something we love that brings us JOY, we also often lose track of time. That’s flow.

When you flow, you do what you do because it feels right to YOU.

How you do this Flow Challenge is between you and YOU.

There is no “right” or “wrong” way to Flow.

There is no “right” or “wrong” way to do this Flow Challenge.

This Flow Challenge is simply an invitation to give yourself what YOU really need and want in a way that works for YOU.

No matter how far you choose to go with FLOW, I’m here to support you.

So is our community of incredibly caring, intuitive, inspiring creative, fun flow friends.

I really hope you join! I can’t wait to flow together! 💃💕

Whenever we do a Challenge together, I’m amazed by the shift in my energy and the mini-miracles that happen.

How to Get Ready

While everyone’s 28-Day Flow Challenge will be different, here’s how to get ready.

1) Choose a Daily Flow Activity

The first step is to decide what JOYFUL, FLOW activity you want to do. Your daily 28-Day Flow Activity can be something simple you can do in just 5-10 minutes a day (although some days you might want to spend more time). Ideally, you don’t already do it on a regular basis.

The goal is to set yourself up for success and strive for consistency while still being open to where the intuitive energy of flow takes you as your journey unfolds.

The most important thing is that you choose an activity that gets you into a state of JOY and has a good chance of getting you into flow–that amazing zone we experience when we are fully engaged in doing something we truly love. (Check out this Q&A and facts about flow).

Here are 20 questions to help you brainstorm an activity.

For inspiration from previous Flow Challenges, go here.

2) Set an Intention

Ask yourself: How do you want to FEEL in ONE WEEK?

3) Email me your Name, Flow Activity & Intention

My email address is [email protected].

I love knowing when you are doing the Flow Challenge, and hearing how it’s going for you. Knowing your activity and intention also helps me tailor my programs so they offer the greatest positive benefit.

When we do our challenges together, the energy is heightened. Our connections often lead to miraculous synchronicities. Your messages to me are part of this magic. Communicating with each other throughout the 7days increases the energy we all feel. I also send positive energy and intentions to all those who I know are participating during my daily meditations. ✨💕

Throughout this 7-Day Flow Challenge, in addition to sending me your flow activity and intention, I also encourage you to send me stories about your journey.

I highly respect your privacy, and will never share the contents of your emails and DMs unless I have your written permission.

I have found that stories from our Flow Community can be a powerful source of inspiration for others.

I am so grateful to all of you who have shared your photos, stories, and feedback over the last few years.

I can’t wait to hear from YOU, and to see what we create together.

Get Ready for Synchronicities!

Research shows that when we are in a state of flow, we connect with our True Self, our egoless self, that infinite, loving presence and peace within. We also experience huge spikes in our creativity and intuition. Our energy boosts and our mood lifts.

The more we flow, the more we also tend to feel supported by a greater flowing energy, which can show up in some pretty magical ways. Each time we embark on a Flow Challenge together, I am amazed by the synchronicities that show up.

Our Community Motto

Our community’s motto is:

When we lift each other up, we all rise.

We believe that every single person has something important to offer to our gatherings. We also believe that we all have something to teach and to learn from each other, and that there are no coincidences in our connections. If you feel called to join this challenge, there is most likely a higher reason why we are meant to be in each others’ lives.

The Flow Philosophy

Here are five key additional ideas we will weave throughout our journey together.

Five Principles

#1: YOU already have all the answers you need within. This is YOUR journey. You design it in the way that works best for YOU.

#2: We are each completely unique and constantly evolving. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to do this journey or to flow.

#3: Flow connects us with our non-ego selves, an essence that is positive, intuitive and unique to each of us. The more we flow, the better we get to know this energy.

#4: Once we say YES to this journey it’s  almost as if a greater flow is activated, leading us to receive synchronicities and unexpected gifts.

#5: There is great power in a supportive, loving community. When we lift each other up, we all rise.

What to Expect

The daily emails I send out during our Flow Challenge will include an idea to reflect on as you go throughout your day. Focusing on a collective idea keeps us all moving forward and flowing energetically together, and are designed to help you open to your own inner wisdom.

Daily Inspirational Quote

My daily emails will also include a Daily Inspirational Quote. If it feels right, you can journal on what the quote means to you, or the wisdom it may have for you and your life as part of your flow practice, and share your feedback on social media or in the comments section on my website. Having a group focus for each day helps keep us all connected and energized.

Tips for Your Flow Journey

Here are a few more suggestions for getting the most out of this experience:

  • Approach this journey with curiosity, like an experiment.
  • Take notes! Notice how you feel. Pay attention to what you learn about your unique strategy for creating more JOY, FLOW, CREATIVITY, and INTUITION in your life as the journey unfolds.
  • Schedule your daily Flow Activity at the best time of day for YOU. I am a morning person, some are night owls.
  • Link your Flow Activity to a routine you already have like waking up, brewing your coffee, having a meal, brushing your teeth, before bedtime, etc.
  • Set an alarm on your phone for when you want to flow.
  • Set a timer to keep yourself on schedule while doing your activity. It’s amazing how much we can get done when we know time is limited. This also reminds your brain that you can fit it in because it only takes a short amount of time.
  • Check-off flow on your calendar or daily to-do list after you’ve done your activity.
  • Check in with a buddy or this group on social media after you flow. Use our hashtag #flowchallenge, follow, and tag me (Instagram: @lauriesmith_inspired) to find each other. (See my social media links below.)
  • Have a “worst case” back-up activity (like joyfully stretching for one minute before bedtime) so that you keep your promise to yourself to devote time to your JOY and FLOW even when your time is limited or it’s been a hard day. This also helps to keep your momentum going.
  • Limit distractions. Turn off your phone ringer, go somewhere private, ask your family not to interrupt you while you leap.
  • Keep track of new tips you discover. Share them with our community on our zoom calls!

Flowing is All About JOY

The biggest tip? KEEP IT JOYFUL, SIMPLE and HAVE FUN!

We are all so hard on ourselves. This journey is simply a way to prioritize your own unique way of connecting with your Truest Self. When we do that, magic happens.😊✨

Connect When You Flow!

Let us know when you take your little leaps on on Instagram. (On Instagram, tag me @LaurieSmith_inspired and use the hashtag #leapwithme) You also might want to post each time you you’ve done your leap activity for the day, and give a shout-out. You will inspire others when you do!

Share Your Flow Stories

I also encourage you to share updates and photos with me via email. I am always interested in what you are doing, and how your personal leap journey is going for you. From time to time, I may ask if I can share your story or photos with others in our community via this website or my daily emails. I will only share your story or photos with your written permission. Here are some examples of flow stories from other flow friends.

I will also be offering a free zoom call and other ways for those who are doing the leap challenge this time around to stay in touch. Watch your daily emails for more on this.

I believe there is no coincidence that this group of people is traveling this journey together at this point in time. I am so grateful to you each for joining me on this adventure and look forward to seeing what happens next!
