Workshop purchases are final sales. Shortly after purchase, you will receive an email with information regarding how to access your purchase, including zoom links for live workshops. Workshops are also not transferrable and cannot be shared. In other words, only one person can participate in the workshop per name and email address. If you are purchasing a workshop as a gift or have questions about how to access your purchase, please contact [email protected].
Book purchases are not returnable if they have been signed with a personalized message by the author. Books that are not signed are subject to a 30-day return policy. Item must be unused, in same condition it was received, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require an email sent to [email protected] with a receipt or proof of purchase and description of the reason for the return. If approved, return instructions will be emailed to you. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refund is processed after return item received and inspected minus shipping costs.
Coaching sessions and packages are nonrefundable and must be used within the time period outlined in your coaching agreement, typically three months for 6-session packages. If you have questions, email [email protected].
