Your Time Is Now

Every once in a while we get to a juncture in our lives where we are ready to do something differently.

Maybe we are going through a transition. The kids are going off to kindergarten. Or college.

We lose a job, go through a divorce, experience illness or loss, or an amazing recovery.

Or our job changes. Just enough for us to be dissatisfied. We want something different. Something more. But we don’t know where to start.

When things change like this, they often give us just enough breathing space to look up from our busy lives and dream. Just a little.

We remember our goals and hopes, and feel that burning yearning that’s been stirring. For a long time. And we’ve been too busy to do much about it. Until now.

Now is when it all begins.

The only problem is, we’ve built busy full lives and so we have just a little time. We want every minute to count. Because we know how quickly those minutes can fill up.

I know this feeling well.

It has happened to me many times throughout my life–that burning, yearning, stirring for something more, something new.

The tricky thing is, the best next step is always different for each of us.

Finding our way always begins with connecting with and honoring our unique, small, still voice within.

If you’re having a moment like this, right now, most of all, I want you to know that you are not alone.

I also want you to know that there is lots of support available, and that it can be far easier to take that next positive step forward in your life than you might think.

Some of the greatest support will ultimately come from the wisdom, strength and calm that you already have within.

Here are three ways to get started today:

  2. 20 Questions to Ask Yourself
  3. A Meditation for You

I’m so glad you’re here!
