Poem on Grief

Don’t miss me
for I am still here
with you
in the ethers
A hush
and holding
a light touch,
remembering our love.
Don’t miss me
for I will always be with you
holding you in my palm
like our hands held together,
remembering our love.
Don’t miss me
I will be all around you
reflecting back
what we had
truly
and what will be ours
forever.
Love like this
never disappears
it just expands
so it can hold us everywhere
Now.
Expanding out
radiating around us
entering the air,
the ethers
A felt experience
of all that we are still
and all that we had.
Don’t miss me
for I will always be here
holding and loving you,
a whisper in the air.
